The Promise on Thursday
Employees noticed black screens at work with the bold words "The Promise on Thursday." Within a week, this promise became a reality with an annual appreciation ceremony attended by 300 employees, where awards totaling more than 5 million Saudi Riyals were given.

Quality and You Are Our Foundation
"Quality is Our Cornerstone" and "You Are Our Foundation" reflect our group's vision. We rely on quality as the cornerstone of success in delivering high-quality products and services, and on employees as a key element in achieving ongoing progress. The connection between the slogan and the event name emphasises that quality and employees are the foundation of success and prosperity.

A Najdi Evening
We held our annual event, "You Are Our Foundation," at the top of the Al-Amariya Mountains to honour those who are the foundation of our success in 2023. The ceremony included various segments, such as a video introducing the group's rich history and achievements, a speech by CEO Hazza bin Saad Al-Hazza, the announcement of a new deal, and the distribution of valuable awards to our employees in recognition of their efforts and accomplishments throughout the year.

Inspiring Beginnings
The event's host asked the attending team members about their beginnings, years of experience with Teef Najd Group, and the biggest challenges and successes they faced. These stories inspired the audience and guests, highlighting the importance of teamwork, collective spirit, and strong leadership that distinguishes Teef Najd Group.
